As per statutes issued by the Central Board of Excise & Customs (INDIA) vide their Circular Nos.:- 110/2003 DTD.22.12.2003 & 15/2004 DTD 16.02.2004, it is now mandatory for Break Bulk Agents to file the House Air Way Bill Import manifest with INDIAN Customs, effective 01.05.2004. This has to be done "PRIOR" arrival of the flight. |

To enable us to comply with the above, it is imperative we receive a pre alert from the Airport of Loading (CONSOL AGENT) 24 hours prior arrival of the flight in to INDIA along with the following documents : |

|
| |
3. CONSOL MANIFEST |
|
| |
4. INVOICE |
|
| |
5. PACKING LIST |
|
| |
|
|
| |
Non compliance of above statutory requirement of INDIAN Customs could result in fines of INR 50,000.00 (Equivalant to approx USD 1100.00) |
